For Florida residents, this course has been approved by the Florida Department of Children and Families (DCF) and meets all outlined requirements for divorcing parents as outlined in Section 61.21(2)(a), F.S.>

This course will be split into four sections, each section being roughly 15 minutes long. The course will conclude with a 10-question quiz covering various topics, which include the emotional impact of divorce on children, the Children’s Bill of Rights in Divorce, strategies on how to maintain the family dynamic amid divorce, and how to minimize conflict during and after a divorce. After your training, you’ll receive a certificate as proof that you are efficient in the material taught.

Studies have shown adults, on average, experience some form of anger each day. Through this course, participants will begin to identify and understand their anger and how different situations, or circumstances, lead to angry feelings that can range from annoyance to rage.
